What to Expect

- Financial model walk-through — we share the model and walk through Base case assumptions
- Technical deep-dive (if relevant) — smart contract architecture, CS methodology
- Raise structure discussion — SAFE vs. equity, token warrants, tranche size
The financial model is available to any serious investor after a brief intro conversation. We don’t gate it behind NDAs for accredited investors.
